Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities + Serve as the primary coordinator across stakeholder groups, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow. + Maintain project alignment by tracking deliverables, timelines, scope, and shifting priorities. + Facilitate recurring syncs, status updates, and stakeholder communications. + Identify risks early, define mitigation strategies, and manage escalations through appropriate channels. + Build and maintain a comprehensive project plan with deadlines, milestones, and integration checkpoints. + Map and manage dependencies across People Tech, Product, Integration, and Data teams. + Drive accountability for tasks and commitments across all stakeholder groups. + Apply TPM skills within People Technology and HRIS domains such as Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR, people data pipelines, and identity and access workflows. + Understand integration patterns, API connections, data flows, and system interoperability across the People ecosystem. + Translate business requirements into technical specifications in partnership with technical owners and validate feasibility. + Ensure integration compliance with enterprise architecture, data governance, privacy, and security standards. + Act as product owner for the integration, defining requirements, use cases, and success criteria. + Consolidate stakeholder requirements into clear, executable product specifications and prioritize the roadmap. + Align the integration experience with user needs, People Tech strategy, and long-term scalability. + Build trust across People, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
