Production Associate - A/C Shift at Aerotek in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Production Associate - A/C Shift Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will work 12-hour shifts on either the A or C shift. The A shift includes every other Wednesday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, while the C shift includes every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6am to 6pm. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude. Previous electronic manufacturing experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates from various backgrounds, including retail and food services, are welcome. Responsibilities + Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. + Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. + Engage in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. + Handle assembly tasks that require lifting no more than 10-15 lbs. + Meet metrics related to the number of pieces assembled. + Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision. + Ensure quality standards are met and escalate issues when needed. Essential Skills + Basic computer skills, including navigating programs, basic Excel, and Outlook. + Experience with assembly, soldering, and mechanical tasks. + Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools effectively. + Great attitude and willingness to be flexible and assist in various departments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. + One or more years of related experience is preferred. + Adaptability to changes in work plan and priorities. + Teamwork and ability to work in cross-functional teams. + Good communication skills and attention to detail.
