Previous supervisory experience in warehouse operations required. Candidate will supervise production efforts in order to support the mission of the organization. This position is a full time supervisory position and will require open availability (including evenings and weekends). High school diploma or equivalent Essential Functions General u00b7 Oversee the loading and unloading of the trucks. u00b7 Oversee the placement of product in the warehouse. + Ensure the accurate sorting of material goods. + Ensure a work ready situation prior to the start of the workday. + Provide work to employees throughout the day. + Maximize the value of all goods received through safe and proper handling. + Assist in daily cleanup of the work area. Place all supplies and equipment in proper order and location. + Assist and monitor training of employees as required. Teach the proper way to perform each step of the job task. + Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills. Provide production support information to Operations as needed. Complete daily logging duties and file in appropriate area. Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information to the Warehouse Supervisor. + Other duties as assigned.
