Job Posting Title Trade Client Relations Director - Remote Job Description The Trade Client Relations Director is responsible for the analysis, modeling and delivery of innovative pharmacy and medical rebate strategies and cost saving solutions to Prime's clients to ensure Prime is delivering the highest quality and lowest cost of care to its members. This position will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to understand, measure, and present financial opportunities to Prime's clients. Responsibilities + Work collaboratively with peers, negotiators, and Prime's clients to model and track rebate and cost saving opportunities; support rebate related product development and implementation + Lead and coordinate work for Prime's Medicare Center of Excellence, maintaining an in depth understanding of work in progress, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met + Demonstrate an understanding of rebate guarantees, pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate agreements, drug trends, and requirements to optimize client savings; identify potential barriers to implement strategies and effectively collaborate to align on a path forward + Complete analysis to support formulary and medical drug management strategies and contract analysis recommendations for client + Develop client specific models which support formulary strategy recommendations, working with partners in negotiation, specialty, clinical, and government programs to formulate aligned recommendations + Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide client specific support for rebate savings and account reconciliation reporting; identify and realize Best in Care (Valued Based) strategies; support rebate related products and provide consultation on drug strategies to enhance client adoption and rebate value + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or other related field of study or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required + 7 years of work experience Trade/Rebates, PBM healthcare or insurance Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Experience in financial analysis + Excellent oral and written presentation skills, with demonstrated communication and financial presentation skills to all levels of management + Ability to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organization + Expert negotiation and influencing skills + Proven financial analysis and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Access/Excel Preferred Qualifications + Experience with drug spend and formulary strategies + Broad understanding of PBM industry, operations, and business strategies + Pharmacist/Pharm D Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
