Site Reliability Engineer

Build, operate, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable services for our production infrastructure. Combine engineering experience and an innate drive to improve existing systems and processes, with the creativity to develop novel solutions to evolving challenges. Design, build, and maintain core services and infrastructure used by Palantir. Participate in operations, including on-call rotations most business hours and every sixth weekend. Help debug, improve, and optimize Palantir's services and infrastructure. Lead complex, cross-team engineering efforts, including analysis of requirements and scoping and writing design documents to deliver defensive systems that are operationally sound and easy to maintain, ensuring the reduction of operational burden while increasing scalability. Engage in substantive discussion to define and review technical roadmaps and enable sustainable, timely delivery of solutions to address business needs. Facilitate partnerships between engineering teams and operators to build innovative products that help Palantir scale. Partial telecommuting permitted. Travel required.
