Day-to-day activities will include designing and developing engineering systems associated with physical products, which encompass feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Consultant will oversee feature plan implementation and design failure mode effect analysis. Consultants are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Consultants are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP Procurement is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Responsive and Adaptive Design is suggested. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and creative thinking. Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth. Implement best practices in systems engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of engineering systems to ensure alignment with project goals.
