Hiring an Executive Assistant for a large tech company in Seattle If interested, please apply directly. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant. This important role requires a strong focus and execution, handling a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling. The successful candidate will prioritize effectively amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring appropriate urgency is given. They will monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, act as a proxy when necessary, and manage travel, expenses, and all administrative support functions. This role also involves managing multiple tasks and action items, documentation follow-up, and preparation for the Vice President, ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables. Responsibilities + Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively. + Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails; act as proxy when necessary. + Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for the VP. + Perform all administrative support functions for the office. + Prepare documentation and follow up on action items for the VP. + Ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables. Essential Skills + Impeccable attention to detail. + Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. + High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. + Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3+ years of experience in executive support. + Strong calendaring and travel planning skills. + Experience providing C-level support in a large corporation is desired. + Bacheloru2019s degree preferred but not required. Work Environment This position is onsite in Seattle with a Monday through Friday schedule. There is flexibility for an 8 am or 9 am start time, totaling 40 hours per week with an estimated 5 hours of overtime. There is a possibility of extension and conversion for the right candidate. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
