About the Role As a Consulting Principal u2013 Associate Director, you will play a pivotal domain consulting role in leading strategic transformation initiatives for clientu2019s Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) programs. You will collaborate closely with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and multi-supplier partners to drive impactful change within the organization. What You Must Have to Be Considered u00b7 Extensive experience (15+ years) in consulting within the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong record of success in large-scale transformation programs. u00b7 Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. u00b7 Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. u00b7 Experience working with senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration across business consulting and operational functions. u00b7 Expertise in managing Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver superior client outcomes. u00b7 Champion of AI-driven strategies to optimise delivery and accelerate transformation initiatives. In this Role, You Will: u00b7 Lead the design and implementation of operating models and governance frameworks for ADM programs. u00b7 Drive AMS (Application Management Services) optimization and champion AI-first delivery strategies. u00b7 Oversee multi-supplier ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. u00b7 Manage Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver superior client outcomes. u00b7 Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement. u00b7 Utilize automation, DevSecOps, SRE, and observability tools to enhance operational efficiency. u00b7 Ensure compliance with safety-critical and regulated environments within the Oil & Gas sector.
