This position plays a vital role in ensuringsubcontracted efforts comply with prime contract requirements,especially with regard to flow-down clauses, regulatory compliance, andperformance tracking. The successful candidate will possess a stronggrasp of federal acquisition regulations and bring a strategic approachto negotiation, compliance monitoring, and cross-functionalcollaboration. The Subcontracts Administrator will work closely withinternal stakeholders to align subcontracting practices withorganizational goals, ensuring quality, accountability, and contractualintegrity across all subcontracted efforts.Responsibilities Include:- Administer subcontracts from pre-award to closeout, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and modification of agreements.- Ensure accurate implementation of flow-down clauses and obligations from prime contracts into subcontracts.- Monitor subcontractor compliance with applicable laws, FAR/DFARS regulations, and company policies.- Track subcontractor performance, deliverables, and schedules, initiating corrective actions as needed.- Maintain detailed subcontract files and documentation to ensure audit readiness.- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams to support organizational objectives.ResponsibilitiesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in subcontracts administration, preferably within the federal contracting environment.- Proficiency in interpreting and applying FAR/DFARS regulations.- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Certifications:- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with subcontract types such as Cost-Plus, Fixed Price, and Time & Materials.- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to labor laws, environmental regulations, and data security protocols.Location/Work Schedule:This is a remote work from home position.While the role offers some flexibility, the Payroll Lead is expected tobe available during normal business hours and maintain a dedicated,professional workspace. ccasionally, this position may requireavailability outside of standard hours, such as early mornings orevenings, to support critical payroll activities or company needs.Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000Benefits:- 100% company paid employee coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance- 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match and Roth IRA option- Employer Paid Life Insurance and AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability- Flexible Spending Accounts- Professional Development Opportunities- Paid Time Off and Holidays- Various Employee Perks and DiscountsHonu Services reserves the right to change or modify job duties andassignments at any time.
