This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: SummaryThe Sr Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst providesguidance and support to the HR division, supporting HRIS strategicdirection, design, implementation, and execution. Defines process andadherence standards and performs a variety of administratorresponsibilities to support user functionality and access for primaryand integrated HR business systems and applications. Duties and Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain HRIS best practices and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR.- Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and governance of systems. Prioritize, develop and deploy solutions that replace manual processes.- Translate and integrate user requirements and desired features into and within system and application parameters. Act as the administrator for designated HR systems, and defines and manage security for users and user roles.- Develop guidance and resources for users; demonstrate functionality and user interfaces. You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- 5+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience)- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time- Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business- United States Citizenship- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this jobFMT2021 We Value- Experience with PeopleSoft, Excel, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python, Qualtrics)- Experience administering, project planning/managing, rating, and deploying HCM systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems)Compensation Data$87,456-$136,632This job description/job posting is not all inclusive and other dutiesmay be assigned.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
