Job Description A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple locations and disciplines. This includes reviewing applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications, conducting phone screenings, initiating background checks, and preparing pay models to generate and extend offers. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR Generalists to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs while handling 20+ active postings and 30+ open requisitions for diverse positions. Success in this position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
