REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: + Understand, protect and promote our empathetic, people-focused culture in all aspects of the business + Understand and implement complex technical requirements for client projects to meet client satisfaction and ensure projects are delivered safely and within scope, schedule and budget + Lead drilling oversight; groundwater, soil and rock sampling; and groundwater monitoring efforts on site. Conduct field studies and surveys to collect soil/groundwater samples and data + Prepare and review geological maps, cross-sections, and detailed technical reports. Ensure quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of deliverables + Assist with preparing regulatory submittals, such as permit applications and plans + Oversee several small projects and occasionally lead larger, multidisciplinary ones. Assist in developing project strategy, scope, and budgets + Serve as a secondary client contact and support relationship development. Present findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies + Oversee and mentor junior staff, coordinate project team activities, and ensure team safety in the field through Health and Safety Plans (HASP) + Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and industry standards. Monitor and assess geological hazards u200b QUALIFICATIONS: + A positive, team-oriented attitude + Bachelor's or Masteru2019s degree in Geology or related discipline + Tennessee Professional Geologist (PG) registration + At least 3-7 years of applicable experience + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Ability to conduct fieldwork with some heavy lifting + Proficient with MS.
