Job Description Weu2019re seeking skilled Biology, Chemistry, and Physics subject matter experts to contribute their specialized knowledge and enhance the quality of our AI training datasets. This role offers the chance to work remotely, partnering closely with Metau2019s AI research teams to advance cutting-edge technologies. What You'll Do: u2003u00b7 Domain Expertise Advisory: Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance, focused on your specialty field; collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data u2003u00b7 Guideline Development: Create, edit, and maintain high-quality annotation guidelines tailored to your area of expertise. Ensure that these guidelines are up-to-date, clear, and concise to enable vendors to deliver accurate annotations. As a domain SME, you'll set the gold standard for quality and rigor. u2003u00b7 Quality Assurance: Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations produced by vendors. Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to optimize the quality of annotations. u2003u00b7 Data Annotation: Directly annotate data for key tasks across the model development life cycle. problems in logical, step-by-step thinking preferred. u2003u00b7 Domain Knowledge: Experience with physics (specific sub-domains below). u2003u00b7 Deep Knowledge: Demonstrated deep understanding and expertise in physics. u2003u00b7 Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and guidance to internal teams and external vendors. u2003u00b7 Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to identify trends, evaluate annotation quality, and provide actionable feedback. u2003u00b7 Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals. u2003u00b7 Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a rapidly evolving environment.
