Job Description Insight Global is seeking an ESRI Administrator to support enterprise-level geospatial systems for a mission-critical federal client. This role focuses on implementing, and maintaining robust GIS environments that enable secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Esri technologies, system administration, and database management, along with a strong understanding of authentication, networking, and cloud operations. As part of this team, you will work on both development and production environments, ensuring seamless integration of GIS services with enterprise infrastructure. Youu2019ll collaborate with technical stakeholders to optimize workflows, enhance system reliability, and deliver innovative geospatial solutions that meet complex operational needs. The selected candidate will work onsite at agency headquarters, collaborating directly with government in support of law enforcement and intelligence operations. u2022u2003Design and implement enterprise GIS systems to meet client requirements and operational needs. u2022u2003Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including Portal for ArcGIS and associated components. u2022u2003Manage system configurations across development (DEV) and production (PROD) environments for stability and performance. u2022u2003Monitor and troubleshoot GIS services, databases, and integrations to ensure high availability and security. u2022u2003Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows, deploy updates, and support geospatial solutions. u2022u2003Develop scripts and automation (primarily in Python; PowerShell or other languages as needed) to streamline system tasks. u2022u2003Ensure compliance with security protocols, authentication standards, and cloud-based system operations. Migrating configurations, ensuring compatibility, and testing functionality after the upgrade.
