Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence. + Supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams. + Coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management. + Manage capacity, performance, and change management processes. + Report on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related discipline. + Certifications: + ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher + CompTIA Security+ or equivalent + Experience: 10+ years in IT operations with 5+ in a management role. + Clearance: Public Trust u2013 Moderate Risk.
