Collectively, our leadership has over 300 years of experience in sales and sponsorship, analytics and valuation, hospitality and operations.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house while making sure that food is cooked in correct order, efficiently and presented correctly to guest.u2022 Follows assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.u2022 Ensures that proper food temperatures are maintained, and items are accurately delivered.u2022 Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas.u2022 Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains.u2022 Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product.u2022 Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury.u2022 Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.u2022 Other duties as assignedu2022 Leads the food runners and coordinates accurate delivery of orders.Qualificationsu2022 Great organizational skillsu2022 Leadership skillsu2022 Strong time management skillsu2022 Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationshipsu2022 Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and adapts; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordinglyu2022 Can manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task and keep order.u2022 Ability to work independently and/or in a team environmentu2022 Strong verbal and written communication skillsu2022 High school diploma or equivalent.
