About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: The global, cross-functional team enhances and maintains our newly launched WSO Compliance Insights product offering. The Impact: The Product Manager represents the business and the user to ensure that the development of the product aligns with leadershipu2019s goals. Whatu2019s in it for you: u00b7 Opportunity to work in an established business with growth ambitions. u00b7 Opportunity to work with industry leading subject matter experts u00b7 Autonomy to experiment with the product process u00b7 Partner with all aspects of the business including senior leadership, sales, and client facing teams Responsibilities: u00b7 Contributes to solution roadmaps which clearly articulate the solution vision and strategy to enable executive buy-in u00b7 Ensure output quality against defined tasks and activities u00b7 Define concepts of short-term and long-term planning u00b7 Supports product delivery with timely execution of metrics and other information u00b7 Research and compiles information from documented sources on objectives and goals which may impact requirements u00b7 Document requirements including customer journey, features, user stories, cross team dependencies, separating core product build vs. integration features, outlining what is in and out of scope u00b7 Contribute to day-to-day working relationships building with stakeholders u00b7 Document stakeholder communication needs u00b7 Ensure development team has what they need to execute on our product priorities u00b7 Ensure that client service and sales have what they need to drive revenue and retain our current clients u00b7 Lead and present certain agile development ceremonies What Weu2019re Looking For: u00b7 Enthusiasm (required) u00b7 Prior product management, user experience, software engineering and/or quality assurance experience (required) u00b7 Demonstrated interest in finance and capital markets u00b7 Commercial and/or broadly syndicated loan experience a plus u00b7 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written u00b7 Individuals who are self-motivated, take initiative, and welcome the challenge of problem solving u00b7 Technical curiosity u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office u00b7 Experience with product management tools (ex. Jira, ADO) Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as annual incentive bonus plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
