About the Role: Provides experienced-level support within a specialized banking environment, assisting Community Association clients with operational, digital banking, and integration-related needs. This role handles a variety of moderate to complex service requests that require banking knowledge, multi-system navigation, and familiarity with industry software platforms. Performs research, resolves issues within established guidelines, and escalates higher-risk or advanced matters to senior associates as appropriate. This role supports a complex service environment that requires accuracy, professionalism, and dependable follow-through. Create a plan to expand and deepen client relationships holistically addressing both business and personal objectives. + Respond to moderate and complex service requests requiring banking knowledge, system navigation, and understanding of HOA operational workflows + Perform research across multiple banking systems to identify causes of client issues and complete resolutions following established procedures + Support clients who utilize industry software platforms and basic integrations, gathering details to assist internal partners with troubleshooting when needed + Provide guidance on electronic transactions and general Treasury Services workflows, escalating all approvals or high-risk matters to Account Manager III or leadership + Maintain accurate documentation and follow all bank policies, compliance requirements, and operational procedures + Recognize potential fraud indicators, unusual activity, or documentation concerns and escalate according to policy + Manage assigned work independently while identifying when issues require escalation based on complexity, risk, or client impact + Deliver consistent and timely follow-through to contribute to a high-quality client experience + Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities u2013 knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. + Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. + Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. + May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. + Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words. + Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. + Embraces our vision to become u201cBusiness Bank of Choiceu201d + May perform other duties as assigned. About You: + H.S. Diploma/GED, required. + Bacheloru2019s Degree, preferred. + 1-3 years of banking experience including internal and external client service, required. + 1-2 years of direct Customer Service Experience, required. + 1 year of Treasury Management and/or Homeowneru2019s association preferred. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability navigate and learn multiple systems and software platforms + Clear and Professional communication skills + Strong attention to detail and organizational ability + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a face pace environment The pay range for this role is $21.00 to $32.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
