Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team remotely. This role focuses on guiding and supporting employees as they transition into and progress through their academic programs. As a contract position, it offers a unique opportunity for long-term growth while making a meaningful impact on individuals' educational journeys. MUST BE LOCATED IN PST OR MST Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with program advisors to ensure employees have a smooth onboarding experience into their chosen education paths. u2022 Maintain consistent communication with employees, primarily through outbound methods, to provide ongoing academic support. u2022 Assist employees in setting achievable academic goals and developing effective strategies for time management and study habits. u2022 Address academic challenges by connecting employees with appropriate resources such as tutoring services or additional support programs. u2022 Monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas where improvement is needed. u2022 Track deadlines and milestones within education plans, proactively reminding employees to stay on course. u2022 Conduct regular check-ins to celebrate progress and identify any obstacles in their academic journey. u2022 Organize and facilitate workshops focused on academic success, including study skills and time management. u2022 Build and nurture positive relationships with employees, employers, and educational institutions to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with diverse individuals. u2022 Proficiency in active listening and empathetic communication to address unique challenges effectively. u2022 Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals toward achieving their academic aspirations. u2022 Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to overcome challenges and persist through their educational journey. u2022 Familiarity with academic obstacles and proven strategies to address them successfully. u2022 Knowledge of available student support services and resources at educational institutions. u2022 Competence in data analysis to monitor student performance and evaluate the effectiveness of advising efforts. u2022 Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
