Fabrication Operator u2013 Press Brake / Laser / Welding Build Your Skills. Advance Your Career. Work with the Best Equipment. We are seeking a motivated Fabrication Operator to join our highu2011performing fabrication team. In this role, youu2019ll assist with setupu2014or learn to independently set upu2014and operate industryu2011leading press brakes, laser equipment, and spot welders. If you enjoy handsu2011on work, precision manufacturing, and the opportunity to grow your technical skills in a clean, safe, and modern shop, this is the role for you. Our fabrication department features topu2011tier equipment including Cincinnati and Amada brakes and punches, LVD Strippit turrets, and advanced laser and metalu2011forming machinery. What Youu2019ll Do + Operate and assist with the setup of press brakes, laser equipment, and spot welders + Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate quality parts accurately + Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers + Ensure machines run safely, efficiently, and to quality standards + Perform basic quality inspections and document results + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives + Follow and promote strong safety practices throughout the shop What Weu2019re Looking For Required Skills & Experience + 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in fabrication environments + Experience with press brakes, punch presses, shears, turrets, or similar machinery + Strong understanding of bends, bend allowances, and forming principles + Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools + Ability to read and interpret blueprints Preferred Qualifications + Experience with light setup and tool changes + Comfort working with CNC or manual machine operations + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Join Us?
