Pay Range: $55,600.00 - $91,450.00 Position Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining manufacturing processes across Filling, Kitting, Packaging, and Shipping. Ensures systems run to specifications and comply with regulations while supporting cross-functional teams to optimize materials, labor, equipment, and systems. Key Responsibilities: + Maintain, develop, and implement automation processes using robotics, vision systems, and COBOTs. + Utilize Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and CI tools to improve KPIs. + Assist leadership with improving OTD, lead times, backlog, and customer-facing metrics. + Develop and implement robust procedures that streamline processes and improve product quality. + Generate and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols. + Troubleshoot automation and root cause issues. + Participate in process development for new products. + Hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. + Research, specify, and procure automated equipment. + Qualify suppliers and materials, generating validation protocols. + Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. + Follow company SOPs and policies. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Requires a masteru2019s degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience; Or a bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience; Or an associate degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience + 3u20135 years automation or process engineering experience. + Mechanical and electrical aptitude required. + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and CI methodologies. + Skilled in detailed, accurate, and organized work. + Skilled in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and statistical software (Minitab/JMP). + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to collaborate across departments. + Ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems. Working Conditions: + On-site role supporting multiple production departments; may require extended hours as needed. Physical Requirements: + Ability to stand. + Move through production areas. + Operate equipment as necessary.
