The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing a sales team independently, often remotely from Kestrau2019s main offices, hiring top talent, developing people, securing new business, and assisting with the development of key accounts and prescribers. This position contacts and consults with a variety of clients in a mixture of clinical settings. Region: New Jersey, NJ - Pittsburgh, PA. Must live in region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES u00b7 Manage sales activities and responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing sales programs for the assigned Region u00b7 Analyze and report on trends observed within assigned Region u00b7 Manage and assess Territory Managers adherence with regional & district expectations to improve performance u00b7 Lead, motivate, and inspire team through positive leadership by example u00b7 Hire, educate, develop, and retain high performing Territory Managers u00b7 Work alongside Territory Managers in the field five (5) days a week with required frequent overnight travel u00b7 Engage with key accounts and build relationships throughout the region in a professional and ethical manner u00b7 Responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding District performance objectives, including, patient fits and booked revenue quotas u00b7 Contribute to Kestrau2019s profitability through the control of discounts and expenses u00b7 Responsible for field reinforcement of products and positioning strategy u00b7 Communicate openly and share information with others. u00b7 Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality o Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patientu2019s case. Requirements Education/Experience Required: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree u00b7 Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in medical equipment sales u00b7 Demonstrated strong business acumen u00b7 Sales model coaching experience (e.g. Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling or like sales models) u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u00b7 Valid driveru2019s license in state of residence with a good driving record u00b7 Ability to consistently work remotely u00b7 Post Offer, must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry including, but not limited to: + Documentation of vaccination and immunization status + Pass background check + Pass drug screening testing + Review and agree to hospital policies and procedures + Completion of online courses, i.e., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens and Electrical/Fire Safety Preferred: u00b7 Previous people management experience in medical equipment sales u00b7 Knowledge of MS Office u00b7 Experience with MS Teams u00b7 Experience with SalesForce Work ENVIRONMENT u00b7 Fast paced field role u00b7 Noise level typical of being in the field or clinical setting u00b7 Extended hours when needed u00b7 Drug-free PHYSICAL DEMANDS: u00b7 Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage u00b7 Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time u00b7 Frequent computer use u00b7 Frequent phone and other business machine use u00b7 Occasional bending and stooping u00b7 Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle TRAVEL: u00b7 Frequent domestic travel by car and/or air required, up to 75% Benefits Kestra offers a very competitive benefit package including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, etc. Pay equity is an important part of Kestrau2019s Culture.
