As the Sr. Administrator ofAffordability Programs & Regulatory Compliance, you become the expertothers rely on to navigate complex federal and state affordabilityprogram requirements. Each day, you're the one ensuring the companystays aligned with rigorous standards-protecting TDS from risk, fines,and reputational harm. In this position, you own the operationalheartbeat of compliance. You will: Guide critical tasks and workflowsthat keep TDS aligned with regulatory and internal expectations. Embedthoughtful controls into processes and proactively identify risks beforethey become issues. Keep procedures sharp and up to date, ensuringdocumentation reflects the latest regulatory changes. Adapt and optimizeworkflows, helping the organization stay both compliant and efficient asrules evolve. Act as the goto expert, educating colleagues andrepresenting TDS in communications with regulatory agencies. Leadinternal audits and support external reviews, ensuring accuracy andreadiness at every stage. Analyze and submit precise federal and statereports, knowing your attention to detail directly supports ourcompliance standing. Coordinate across multiple departments, bringingpeople and processes together to meet shared regulatory objectives.You'll regularly collaborate with groups across the company and serveas a liaison with agencies such as the Universal Service AdministrativeCompany (USAC) and various state commissions. In partnership with theManager of Regulatory Compliance, you'll help carry out FCC and statemandates, support audit activities, and guide the organization throughan everchanging regulatory landscape.
