The impact you'll have: The MicrosoftSolution Executive (GES: Global Services Providers) acceleratesMicrosoft-aligned services growth across GSP: Global Services Providersby leading executive pursuits, driving modernization strategy, andactivating Microsoft co-sell motions inside WWT's enterprise accounts.Operating as a strategic overlay to WWT Account Directors, this rolebrings Softchoice's Microsoft depth into WWT's engineering-led model,translating the multi-year Microsoft strategy into targeted pipeline,defined programs, and measurable services activation. What you'lldo: 1. Execute the Microsoft Enterprise Sales Function Leadhigh-impact Microsoft-aligned pursuits across AI Business Solutions,Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security. Translate Microsoft demandsignals and account guidance into actionable pursuit strategies andcustomer-ready modernization narratives. Drive disciplined salesexecution: pipeline creation, qualification, forecasting precision, andSalesforce accuracy. Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams,ensuring alignment with Delivery, Architecture, PMO, and Microsoft fieldrequirements. 2. Operationalize the Unified WWT-Softchoice MicrosoftStrategy Embed SFTC/WWT Microsoft priorities inside customer accountplans, QBRs, executive briefings, and long-term modernization roadmaps. Integrate Softchoice's Microsoft architecture, delivery, andlicensing expertise into WWT's pursuit and service activation motions. Shape pursuit win themes, value realization frameworks, andmodernization business cases that reflect unified WWT-Softchoicecapabilities. 3. Engage and Activate the Microsoft Field Organization Build trusted, recurring engagement with Microsoft Account Teams, PDMs,and specialist leaders across Security, Azure, Data & AI, and M365. Lead joint account planning and co-sell motions that convert Microsoftfield priorities into qualified opportunities and multi-year programs. Bring forward Microsoft funding levers, investment signals, andprogrammatic guidance to strengthen pursuit positioning and accelerateactivation. 4. Accelerate Service Activation Across GES Influence andactivate Microsoft-led service opportunities in West, Central, East, andGlobal Financials accounts. Drive activation velocity by shapingclear discovery - design - delivery paths aligned to WWT executionstandards. Support pursuit excellence by coordinating modernizationworkshops, executive strategy conversations, and integrated pursuitengagements with Account Directors. 5. Support EA & COCP StrategicMoments Facilitate C-suite-level EA/COCP discussions as strategicinflection points for AI, cloud, security, and data transformation.
