As a member of theLeadership Team, the Director, Operations Logistics & Data Analytics isresponsible for the leadership of a team that will ensure efficiencywithin the Operations Division of ImpactLife. Logistics oversightincludes streamlining a structure and processes to provide optimalscheduling of both human and capital resources across the Donor Outreachand Collections functions. The Director will also be responsible foranalysis of data to create actionable plans and support projects andprocess improvement initiatives across the Operations Division Thisposition is located in our Davenport, Iowa headquarters, or in one ofour major hubs in Earth City, Missouri; Madison, Wisconsin; Springfield,Illinois; or Urbana, Illinois Qualifications include bachelor's degreewith preference given to candidates with a graduate degree, with aminimum five (5) years leadership experience in Supply Chain, Logistics,and/or Operations experience are required, blood center experience ishelpful. Director, Operations Logistics & Data Analytics Duties andResponsibilities: Oversight of direct and indirect team responsible forscheduling and logistics within Donor Outreach and Collections. Directorand the team should be willing to challenge the status quo to determinethe most optimal and efficient way to schedule both human and capitalresources across the four-state operating area to maximize collections.This includes scheduling of both fixed donor center and mobilecollection operations. Uses strong understanding of cost structure tohelp guide decision-making on how to utilize existing resources in themost efficient way. Makes recommendations on resources to ensure ourhuman and capital resources match demand. Helps to analyze staffingmetrics and trends and set targets in conjunction with operationalleadership. Helps to identify process improvement opportunities and usesstandard PI techniques to build collaboration around the process changesneeded.
