Utility Sewer Inspection Locator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION OVERVIEW The Utility Sewer Inspection Locatoris responsible for assisting the operator in locating the robot usingproper protocols. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares the robot forlaunch. Tracks robot and provides depth and location documentation whileusing a locating receiver. Follows protocols for maintaining the camerasystem and related equipment. Paints depth on surfaces. Documentslocation on flags in the field. Assists in driving and fueling theUtility Inspection Trucks. Serves as a spotter when moving the vehiclein tight locations. Assists in soldering and repair of the robot andequipment. Follows safety procedures while operating various types ofheavy equipment as related to each project. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREDKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent required. Possesses avalid driver's license with a good, clean driving record. Willingnessto travel. Must be at least 21 years of age to cross over state lines.Knowledge of sewer components, accessories, and equipment preferred butnot required. Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints,drawings, and specifications. Ability to perform in a highly accuratemanner paying close attention to detail. Strong written and verbalcommunication and organizational skills; ability to understand andfollow written and verbal instructions and directions. Maintains acooperative, professional, friendly attitude with supervisors,coworkers, and clients; ability to deal with conflict constructively andresolve conflicts effectively. Knowledge of Microsoft Office,specifically Word and Excel required. Ability to bend, kneel, stand, andwalk for long periods of time. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75lbs. regularly.
