What Will You Be Doing? In thishands-on, forward-focused role, you will support hotel operations byidentifying and addressing maintenance needs early, helping preserveequipment life and prevent unexpected downtime: Perform scheduledpreventative maintenance across building systems and guest-facing areasInspect, test, and service equipment including HVAC, plumbing,mechanical, and electrical components Document inspections, repairs, andperformance trends for engineering leadership Identify potential issuesand recommend proactive solutions Keep equipment, tools, and work areasclean, safe, and organized Assist with minor repairs as needed tosupport overall engineering operations What Will You Bring to the Role?We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, andcommitted to safety and efficiency. You will also bring: High Schooleducation or equivalent. Must be able to read and write in English Mustbe able to perform basic math 3 to 4 years previous experience as ageneral repairman preferred. Ability to use all general repair toolsAbility to read simple drawings and specifications Ability to make roughestimates of required materials Ability to recognize early warning signsof mechanical issues and take corrective action Strong documentation,communication, and problem-solving skills A team-first attitude and acommitment to consistent, high-quality work Availability to workmornings Monday through Friday, including weekends or holidays as neededWhat is In It for You?
