JOB REQUIREMENTS: Current Employees: If you are currently employed atany of the Universities of Wisconsin, log in to Jobs Hub to applythrough the internal application process.Job Category:AcademicStaffEmployment Type:RegularJob Profile:Administrative ManagerJobSummary: Under the direction of the ObGyn Chief Administrative Officerand the ObGyn Division Director, the ASOG Operations Manager isresponsible for overseeing the Division of Academic Specialists in ObGynclinics which supports the practices of 27 faculty members, 14 APPs and16 Certified Nurse Midwives. The ASOG Operations Manager is responsiblefor leading the division in coordination with the Division Director,monitoring and maintaining operational processes and fostering thedelivery of superior customer service. The successful applicant will beresponsible for standardizing clinical care across the various cliniclocations, coordinating clinical care and patient education with thedivision's nurse council, collating and reporting monthly benchmarkingmetrics. The successful applicant is held accountable for meeting localand organizational goals that strive for optimal work processes and thehighest quality of patient care. The ASOG Operations Managercollaborates with physicians on issues related to the management ofpatient care and interacts with clinic managers regularly to promoteconsistency, high quality and effective care. The successful applicantwill possess the following attributes: Ability to facilitate meetings,negotiate with and influence others. Ability to present oneself andone's ideas with clarity, confidence, and poise. Proven criticalthinking and problem-solving ability.
