This role isworking in our office. Summary This role is responsible for theday-to-day trading operation of the Wealth service line. They are alsoresponsible for supporting the long term vision of the firm, includingSeamless Integration. This includes participating in the client tradingon-boarding and off-boarding processes, trading projects, investmentteam projects, training and using technology to facilitate communicationboth within and outside of wealth advisory. Essential Job Functions Use of Tamarac Rebalancer/CRM Assist Advisors in reviewing for taxpurposes, cash holds and policy questions Monitoring Policies forCompliance/Operations for Consistent client experience Account Set-upReviews Assist in Allocation Rebalancing/Tax Loss Harvesting Operations: Work with the with Director of Portfolio Implementation &Managing Director of Investments to support all trading/investment needsof wealth advisors for the investment advisory business. Responsible forknowing and understanding all functionality of the CRM, portfolioaccounting and other key systems. May help in the production of AssetsUnder Management and other tracking reports that are used by the firm tomanage the business. Billing: helping the billing team in cashraising for quarterly/yearly fees. External Client Support: Providehigh quality service to prospective/existing clients and co-workersthrough timely, courteous, respectful and helpful communication. Assistwith service requests from clients. Internal Support: Work withDirector of Portfolio Implementation & Managing Director of Investmentson special investment advisory projects.
