What We Are Looking For: AJunior Electrical Engineer to join our growing renewables team andsupport the design and execution of utility-scale solar projects. Thisis an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gainhands-on experience in electrical design, collaborate with seniorengineers, and build a strong technical foundation in renewable energy.What You Will Be Doing: Embrace, uphold and live out PSE's core valuesaround People, Problem-Solving, and Progress. Support electrical designfor utility-scale renewable energy projects, with an initial focus onsolar. Assist with renewable site layouts, electrical calculations, andelectrical studies. Support equipment selection and evaluation for solarand other renewable technologies. Prepare and update design drawings anddocumentation using AutoCAD. Coordinate with senior engineers andinternal teams to support project delivery. Participate in projectmeetings and collaborate with customers and vendors as needed.Occasional travel to project sites (approximately 10%) to gathersite-specific data as needed What You Will Need: Education andExperience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other relateddisciplines. 0-2 years experience in renewable energy industry. Abilityto obtain a PE (Professional Engineer) licensure within a reasonabletime. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.Knowledge and Skills Familiarity with AutoCAD; exposure to solar designtools or electrical study software preferred. Excellent written andverbal communication. Strong project management skills with the abilityto organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and resourceseffectively. Ability to work and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving renewable energytechnologies and design practices. Compensation: Salary Range:$85,236 - $90, 566 annually. This salary range reflects theanticipated base pay for candidates with up to two years of relevantexperience. Candidates with additional experience will be considered forhigher compensation. The final offer will be determined based on thecandidate's experience, education, and technical expertise.
