What We Are Looking For: ASenior Electrical Project Engineer to join our growing renewables teamand lead the design and execution of utility-scale solar projects. Thisrole offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership, collaboratewith cross-functional teams and clients, and drive high-qualityelectrical solutions that support the continued growth of our renewableenergy portfolio. What You Will Be Doing: Embrace, uphold, and live outPSE's core values around People, Problem-Solving, and Progress. Leadthe design and engineering of utility-scale solar PV, energy storage(BESS), and microgrid projects ranging from 5 MW to 100+ MW, includingstandalone and hybrid systems. Provide technical expertise and supportin assisting clients in planning for integrating renewable energyresources. Develop and review engineering construction documents,including drawings, one-lines, and equipment specifications. Perform andoversee electrical system studies such as load flow, short circuit, arcflash, grounding, ampacity, and protection coordination. Providetechnical expertise and guidance to clients on integrating renewableenergy resources into the power grid. Coordinating project designassignments and design teams locally and with other office locations.Oversee equipment selection and evaluation for renewable energy systems.Manage electrical scope for projects of varying size, includingscheduling, resourcing, and delivery. Communicate project status andtechnical information to internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.Occasional travel to project sites (approximately 10%) to gathersite-specific data as needed. What You Will Need: Education andExperience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other relateddisciplines. 4-6 years experience in the renewable energy industry.Professional Engineer (PE) license of Engineer-in-Training (EIT)certification, or the ability to obtain a PE license within a reasonabletimeframe. Eligible to work in the United States without visasponsorship. Knowledge and Skills Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, SKM,ETAP, SEL Relays. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strongproject management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, andmanage multiple tasks and resources effectively. Ability to work andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn andadapt to evolving renewable energy technologies and design pensation: Salary Range: $100,979 - $110, 681 annually. This salaryrange reflects the anticipated base pay for candidates withapproximately four to six years of relevant experience. Candidates withadditional experience will be considered for higher compensation. Thefinal offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience,education, and technical expertise.
