Overview Navitus Health Solutions is seekinga Sr. Database Administrator to join our team The Sr. DatabaseAdministrator is expected to lead and provide guidance to juniorDatabase Administrators, while at the same time, fulfilling allrequirements of the Database Administrator 2 responsibilities. The Sr.Database Administrator must be able to create, update, configure,manage, and administer databases for the current and future versions ofOracle and SQL Server databases. The Database Administrator must be ableto work in a dynamic environment with stakeholders and team members tomanage Oracle and Sql Server database software over various operatingsystems such as Red Hat Linux and Windows, as well as physical andvirtual hardware configurations. Must be able to create instances toinclude control files, redo logs, archive log and other parameters asrequired. Will be relied on to provide IT project managementguidance/input and expertise for projects and special projects asneeded. The role is responsible to integrate DBMS(s) and data withexisting application software, web sites, portals, storage devices orbusiness applications.
