We are seeking afull-time Survey Crew Chief to join our growing Land Surveying ServicesGroup in our Minneapolis or Saint Paul, MN; or Madison, WI location.Responsibilities: Work independently or as part of a 2-person surveycrew. Perform right of way, design, and construction surveys forhighway, municipal, and roadway projects. Direct and perform fieldactivities, scheduling work, and maintaining equipment. Manage surveyingprojects, working effectively with a project team and constructioncontractor. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: A two-year civiltechnology degree. 2+ years of experience in construction surveying,topographic and boundary surveys, and right of way surveys. Experienceoperating Trimble GPS and Robotics equipment. Ability to workeffectively in a team environment. Strong analytical skills. Ability tolift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods of time, andto work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions. A valid Driver'sLicense, with an acceptable driving record. Ability to perform civilengineering technician and CADD work while not engaged in survey work.Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 Compensation is determined by variousfactors, including education, experience, skills, job location, internalequity, market analysis, and specific qualifications relevant to therole.
