The Center has over 60full-time staff, supports graduate and undergraduate research, andprovides technical and training support services to hundreds of dairyproducers and processers around the globe. We offer over 40 differenttypes of training programs per year. This role will help carry out shortterm (0.5-3 year) research projects funded by the Dairy Management Inc.,the Dairy Business Innovation Alliance Program, and other CDR partners.The position will help mentor graduate students through their researchprojects. The position will lecture in our short course program forindustry on sessions related to cheese and food science. The positionwill also assist with industry funded projects and interact/collaboratewith analytical staff and other researchers. The ideal candidate willhave a Ph.D. in food science or a related field, experience with cheeseand dairy product research and excellent presentation and teachingskills.
