Join us as our new Automation Manager for the Americas Welcometo Automation Manager for the Americas where you will lead a highperforming regional organization responsible for the design andexecution of automation projects across multiple sites in the Americas.This role drives the deployment of scalable and standardized automationsolutions that enhance operational performance, support strategicgrowth, and enable futureready factory capabilities. As a seniortechnical and organizational leader, the Regional Automation Managerconnects technology, operations, and business strategy to ensureconsistent, highquality delivery of automation scope within capitalprojects. In this role you'll make an impact by: Lead and develop aregional team of engineers and project managers, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Define thestrategic direction for the regional automation function to supportorganizational objectives and the broader CAPEX portfolio. Oversee theregional capital project portfolio to ensure projects are delivered ontime, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality and safetyexpectations. Manage stakeholder alignment and crossfunctionaldependencies across operations, engineering, sourcing, and otherbusiness units. Directly manage automation project execution, includingplanning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, andhandover. Provide expert technical guidance on automation technologiesand contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Overseedepartmental budget management, resource allocation, and compliance withproject models, policies, and procurement guidelines. Prepare clear andeffective reports on project and departmental progress for leadershipand stakeholders. Recruit, develop, and coach team members to buildcapability and support longterm organizational needs. To succeed youmust hold: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in automation systems required such as PLCs,SCADA, DCS, MES, robotics, and instrumentation (familiarity withRockwell, Aveva SCADA, and ABB 800xA is a plus) 3+ years of managementor project management Strong background in capital project managementwithin a processing or industrial environment.
