And if that's you we would love to haveyou join us Job Description As a Commercial Law Paralegal, you willprovide legal assistance to attorneys and guide communication betweencompany attorneys, outside counsel, organizations and in-houseemployees. You will focus on improving processes, implementingsolutions, and supporting operational excellence across OGC andcross-functional teams. You will prepare and file legal documents withappropriate entities, and research projects as directed by corporateattorneys. You will report to our General Counsel, Commercial Law andwork hybrid schedule in either Milwaukee, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH.Your Responsibilities: Lead process improvement projects within OGC andother teams Improve internal workflows, tools, and governance standardsTrack project deliverables, create updates, and communicate progress toteam members Provide training for legal technology tools Collaboratewith attorneys, paralegals, and other departments to implement efficientsolutions Ensure compliance with company policies. The Essentials - YouWill Have: High school diploma or equivalent Legal authorization to workin the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now orin the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might AlsoHave: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field(preferred). Paralegal certification or coursework; legal operationsexperience. 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, processimprovement, or project management within a legal or corporateenvironment. Familiarity with legal technology platforms (CLM tools,e-billing, matter management systems).
