What Youu2019ll Do + Design and prepare grading plans, stormwater systems, and sanitary sewer layouts for private and municipal projects. + Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create accurate models, drawings, and documentation. + Assist in site development planning, including zoning research, permitting, and utility coordination. + Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. + Support projects from concept through construction, including field visits and client meetings. + Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations. What Weu2019re Looking For + Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. + 0u20133 years of experience in civil/site engineering. + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. + Familiarity with land development standards, stormwater regulations, and municipal design practices. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
