You are a valuation and appraisal professional. Youenjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a projectfrom start to finish. As Senior Valuation Specialist, you will beresponsible for applying a proven understanding of the principles ofvaluation and for the valuation of all property types within thecommercial real estate industry. In this role, you will... Executevaluation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchaseaccounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) forcorporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds,open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc. Work with other Team membersand independently across geographies to deliver exceptional clientservice and results. Independently gather pertinent data through directclient interaction, including personal & telephone interviews withBrokers and Property Managers. Review industry surveys and benchmarks,economic and demographic trends. Assist with preparing and presentingthe results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner. What you'llbring 3-5 years of related work experience. Active Certified GeneralReal Estate Appraiser License. Strong organization and communicationskills. Bachelor's Degree.
