JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities Perform full life cycle recruitmenton high volume openings. Uses databases, social media networks, andinternal ATS to identify potential candidates and create a rich talentpipeline for high volume positions. Maintain talent pool of passivecandidates to reduce sourcing times on future searches. Screens andpresents viable potential candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialistand/or hiring manager. Meets recruitment targets and maintainsrecruitment data and prepares regular reporting of activity to measureeffectiveness of sourcing strategies. Networks with external sources inthe talent community to continually improve and enhance relationships,as well as maintain the company's presence in the market. Attendvarious recruitment events including traditional Career Fairs andprofessional association meetings. Proactively communicates status ofsearch to Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or hiring manager. Providesrecommendations to Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or hiring manageron sourcing approach. Receives feedback from Talent AcquisitionSpecialist and/or hiring manager on candidates and schedules interviews.Utilize Versiti employment brand to assist with marketing campaigns andtraditional and non-traditional recruitment outlets i.e. LinkedIn,Professional Associations, talent pools, social media, etc. Maintainscommunication with candidates throughout interview process. EnsuresOFCCP and FLSA compliance by following recruitment processes, rules, andregulations to include proper documentation and dispositioning ofcandidates; maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on allcandidates, searches, and hiring manager interactions.
