As part of our globalMarketing & Communications organization, we are strengthening our eventand partner engagement capabilities to support growth, demandgeneration, and brand leadership particularly across North America andkey global exhibitions. We are looking for an Events Project & PartnerEngagement Lead to drive the planning, production, execution, andperformance optimization of AGFA HealthCare's major global exhibitionsand selected regional events in the United States, while serving as akey point of contact for industry partnerships and memberships. Thisrole combines hands-on event project management, campaign execution,sales alignment, and partner engagement, ensuring that events delivermeasurable business impact and a consistent, high-quality brandexperience. The role reports to the Marketing & Communications DirectorNorth America, and work in close collaboration with the global marketing& communication teams, sales leadership, and external partners.Location: Remote - United States What You'll Do: Event Planning &Execution Lead end-to-end project management for major and minorexhibitions, including booth logistics, timelines, vendor coordination,and on-site execution. Oversee AGFA HealthCare's participation in majorglobal exhibitions (e.g., RSNA, HIMSS, ECR) as well as multipleU.S.-based regional events. Ensure consistent brand representationacross booth design, messaging, and promotional materials. Managelogistic requirements and deadlines for drayage, electric, shipping,etc. Sales Enablement & Alignment Collaborate with sales teams onpre-event outreach, on-site engagement strategies, and post-eventfollow-up. Provide tailored event collateral, insights, andrecommendations to support pipeline creation and lead conversion. Ensureevents are tightly aligned with sales priorities and target dustry & Partner Engagement Act as the primary liaison for selectedindustry organizations and partners. Manage and optimize AGFAHealthCare's memberships, sponsorships, and partner-relatedopportunities (e.g., HIMSS, RSNA, CHIME, SIIM). Build and maintainstrong day-to-day relationships with external partners to maximize valueand visibility.
