And if that's you we would love to have you join us JobDescription Reporting to the Sr. Director of IT Strategy andTransformation, the Program Operations Lead is accountable forend-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, and executivealignment across multiple Agile Release Trains, pods, or programs. Thisrole provides strategic leadership and operational rigor to ensurecomplex initiatives deliver business outcomes predictably, with clearrisk management, dependency coordination, and executive transparency.The Program Operations Lead partners closely with Release TrainEngineers (RTEs), Product Leadership, Architecture, Testing, and seniorstakeholders to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement ofthe operating model. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Governance &Operating Cadence Define, maintain, and continuously improve programgovernance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision forums Ensurealignment between portfolio priorities, program objectives, andexecution plans Provide input and leadership for program-levelgovernance reviews, checkpoints, and executive forums Establish clearescalation paths, decision rights, and accountability structures acrosspods and programs 2. Partnership with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) Actas a senior delivery partner to RTEs, providing guidance, support, andescalation when delivery risks emerge Ensure consistency and quality ofexecution across multiple ARTs or pods Support RTEs in removing systemicimpediments beyond ART-level control Align RTE execution with enterprisedelivery standards and governance expectations 3. Program-Level Risk &Issue Management Own and maintain program-level risks, issues, anddependencies, ensuring visibility and proactive mitigation Aggregate andsynthesize risks escalated from RTEs and delivery teams Drive mitigationstrategies, assign ownership, and escalate critical risks to executiveleadership when...
