JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview The Program Manager, Early in Career(EIC), will own the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wideprograms for recent graduates and MBA hires. This includes rotationalprograms (undergraduate: 2 years, MBA: 3 years), intern lifecyclemanagement, and early-career hiring playbooks for local sites. The roleis critical for building leadership pipelines and strengthening ouremployer brand across target schools. Key Responsibilities MBARotational Program Design and deliver a high-touch experience for MBAassociates, including rotational planning and executive stakeholderengagement. Coordinate rotational moves ensuring exposure toVP/GM-level experiences. Develop policies for rotational compensationand annual merit cycles. Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) toidentify target schools, manage recruitment events, and organizeinterview days with senior leadership. Measure program effectiveness(size, retention, engagement, promotion rate) and recommendimprovements. Undergraduate Rotational Program Define programstrategy, including target schools and branding initiatives. Createstructured functional rotations (Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR,etc.). Partner with TA for campus recruitment and strengthen schoolpartnerships. Track and report success metrics; implementenhancements. Early Career Site Hiring Develop a hiring playbook forearly-career talent at local sites, enabling HR teams to recruitengineering and supply chain talent effectively. This role may also beasked to provide guidance and oversight (direct or indirect) to juniorteam members, including interns, ensuring quality deliverables andfostering their professional development through coaching and feedback.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 7-10 years ofexperience in talent management, campus recruiting, or leadershipdevelopment programs. Strong project management capabilities,including planning, organizing, and executing initiatives to ensuretimely, high-quality delivery of objectives. Proven ability to designand manage enterprise-level programs. Strong stakeholder managementand communication skills. Data-driven mindset with experience inprogram measurement and continuous improvement. Preferred Skills andQualifications Experience in a global manufacturing or industrialenvironment. Familiarity with rotational program design andearly-career talent strategies. Preferred PMP or related PMcertification.
