During the experience, you will: + Participate in hands-on business challenges and collaborative sessions + Engage with leaders and technologists across Information Technology, Research & Development and Product Supply, gaining insight into how technical decisions drive business impact + Experience P&Gu2019s culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, understanding how technology and insights translate to real-world solutions + Complete a final interview at the conclusion of the event The OutcomeHigh-Potential candidates will receive a summer internship offer for the following year (2027) within the technical function they are assigned at the conclusion of the program.
