Hybrid work schedule after trainingJOB RESPONSIBILITIES Account Maintenance- Responsible for setting up research study accounts and subsequent maintenance. Audit and Compliance- Audit and process vouchers, check requests and expense reports, review for 1099 applicability and request guidance from the Tax Compliance Officer and Controller on compliance violations. Payments- Review and process PO-related invoices for assigned vendors. Train departmental users on the use of the electronic payment process. Receivables- Research outstanding receivables and work with customers and division on collection. Post payments to the general ledger and ensure deposits are timely and accurate.
