Seasonal Towel Steward (Volcano Bay)

Please note this is a Seasonal position with an expected end date of October 26, 2026. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance and inventory of products, ensuring Concierge Huts and various locations are fully stocked with towels, and proper tracking and distribution of products. Additionally, Towel Stewards are responsible for ensuring that the quality of products is show ready for the Guests and provide service and support to both Guests and internal partners. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of Cabanas and Premium Seating equipment, rental products and towels, including the use of cleaning agents. Inspect and maintain inventory of all rental products, identify and report maintenance issues. + Responsible for the inventory, sorting, folding and distribution of towels. Ensures concierge huts and Guest Services locations are fully stocked and distributes towels to various locations. + Transports towels to and from Volcano Bay and other Wardrobe locations. + Follows safe driving procedures, including traffic laws, and safety protocol. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required EXPERIENCE: + Previous guest service experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Must have strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
