Key Priorities & ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the recruiting process, including but not limited to creating, posting, and managing job requisitionsFacilitate a smooth hiring process for both managers and job applicantsMaintain organization, efficiency, and attention to detail standardsDraft communications materials, such as job postings and emails to hiring managers and candidatesProvide administrative and business support to Payroll and Benefits teamProcess onboarding / new hire paperworkMaintain accurate employee records and update employee informationAddress employee inquiries promptly and professionallyWork collaboratively within the Payroll team and possess the ability to partner with other departments to meet their needsFollows policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, and proceduresAssists with identifying and resolving issues affecting recruitmentWorks to resolve issues with a sense of urgencyQualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or two years of directly related experiencePrevious experience in recruiting, payroll, or related areaPreferred systems experience: ADP Workforce Now and/or PaycomExceptional verbal and written communication skillsCan exercise problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingPerceptive listening skillsGreat attention to detailStrong time management and organizational skillsHigh degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentialityResilience in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacksSelf-starter and the ability to work independently and as a member of a teamFamiliarity with relevant employment and / or payroll lawsHas the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplinesDetailsReports to Director of Payroll and BenefitsIn-office in Pioneer Square, Seattle, WAStatus: Full-time / Non-ExemptSalary: $29 - $32 per hourBenefits Offered: Vacation and Sick Leave Medical Voluntary Dental Voluntary Vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Voluntary Life and AD&D Voluntary Short-Term Disability Long Term Disability Voluntary Accident Employee Assistance Program Deferred Compensation / Retirement PlanSalary: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business.
