Senior Manager - UX Architect Lead

Job Description You will shape the platformu2019s end-to-end experience model, define reusable workflow and interaction patterns, and ensure coherence across all user touchpoints. You will partner closely with our Principal UX Researcher in the U.S. and with engineering and product delivery teams across Costa Rica and India, guiding a distributed UX team to deliver intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences across the platform. This role is strategic and hands-on: you will lead experience architecture and also mentor designers, define standards, and review detailed design outputs. You will be a critical voice in aligning Product, Engineering, and Architecture toward a unified platform experience.
