NAII will help PepsiCo provide our customers cuttingedge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to driveincremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.ResponsibilitiesThe Space PMO Senior Analyst works closely with the Sr Manager of SpaceCommercialization and Director of Space Commercialization to delivercustomized POG solutions across our key enterprise and strategiccustomers for all PBUS by focusing on the following areas: High levels of organization and planning skills: capable of managingmultiple major projects simultaneously. Collaborates with sales and category leadership to ensure POG/spacesolution are meeting customer expectation while balancing workloadcapacities and multiple priorities. Effectively work with multiple 3rd party vendors as well as our GBSpartners to find solutions to inevitable challenges that arise. Collaborate with PMO lead for planning and resource allocation forthe POG cycle using digital planning tools (i.e. ). Develop and commercialize comprehensive Ways of Working agenda thattranslate to Sales, GCC, and 3rd party partners. Remain agile and able to respond quickly to emerging priorities.Assisting with ad-hoc business requests as necessary. Partner with PBUS sector teams to ensure clarity on company AOPstrategy with regards to POG cycle, as pensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% ofannual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.
