This is not an assembly line environment---it requires precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to produce showroom-quality finished products. Assemblers will receive hands-on training specific to the product line and will work closely with experienced team members in a fast-paced, collaborative department.u00a0Position Responsibilities:Perform mechanical assembly of metal cabinetry, enclosures, and related components.Read and accurately interpret prints, drawings, and schematics.Apply sealants, gaskets, and finishing techniques as required.Use a variety of power, air, and hand tools, including rivet guns and grinders.Cross-train on finishing equipment such as Fladder machines, hand grinders, and deburring tools.Safely operate pallet jacks and handle materials as needed.Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and detail orientation.Identify and properly handle various metals such as steels and aluminum.Take direction well, work independently, and contribute positively to team dynamics by offering solutions to move projects forward.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform physical tasks including standing, squatting, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 75 lbs. during an 8-hour shift.[]{style=
