Sodexo is seeking an experienced Traveling Biomedical Equipment Specialist , specializing in Sterilizers to support healthcare facilities in the Boston/New Hampshire area. This role functions as a Subject Matter Expert in sterilizer systems, while also bringing advanced expertise in one or more high-end healthcare technology modalities. The specialist will serve as a technical leader within the region, operating independently with minimal supervision, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced clinical equipment inventories. This position requires strong planning, communication, and organizational skills. What You'll Do + Serve as a SME and modality expert for sterilizer systems, ensuring peak performance and adherence to manufacturer and regulatory standards. + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain sterilizers and other advanced clinical equipment across multiple facilities. + Collaborate with facility leadership to develop maintenance strategies that support clinical and operational goals. + Maintain accurate service documentation, records, and reports. What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s degree in Electronic or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience in managing, maintaining, and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment. + Advanced technical proficiency in sterilizer systems to manufacturer standards. + OEM training in Steris and/or Getinge equipment. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and travel extensively throughout the assigned region. + Excellent planning, organization, and communication abilities.
